ActivitiesOman has a national osteoporosis league.
In Oman a big conference on osteoporosis was held in early March 1999.
Dr Al-Kharusi is in contact with the Steering Committee on a regular basis.
His excellency Ali Mohamed Moosa, Minister of Health, endorsed the policies and objectives of the Bone and Joint Decade on November 26, 2000.
